A1: The Shipping Protection service fee is calculated based on the consumer's purchase price. Therefore, the maximum compensation amount that Xcotton can offer is the product's purchase price, excluding shipping costs and Xcotton's own fees.

 

Q2: If the received product has rusted parts, is this covered by Shipping Protection?

A2: Shipping Protection covers loss and damage of goods during transit. Product quality issues are not within the scope of Shipping Protection. If the outer packaging is free of water stains, rust or oxidation issues are not considered transit-related problems and are not covered by Shipping Protection.

 

Q3: Can Shipping Protection be canceled?

A3: If your order has not been shipped, please contact Xcotton Shipping Protection to request a cancellation and refund for the shipping protection.

If your order has already been shipped, the shipping protection cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Q4: What is the claim response time for Shipping Protection?

A4: Xcotton's claim response times are as follows:

Respond within 24 hours of the consumer’s claim submission.

If the claim documentation is complete, compensation will be processed and paid or a new order placed within the second business day.
